K Club Barbuda
Antigua and Barbuda, West Indies
1995–1997
Milo Group team rebuilt and operated the resort following Hurricane Luis in 1995 for two years.
K Club was one of the most prestigious resorts in the Caribbean at the time.
Grand Bahama, The Bahamas
Milo Group team was part of the Operations and Development for a new Residential Marina Resort. Resort sold to Ginn Developments in 2004.
Turks & Caicos
Milo Group team was involved in all aspects of Development, Marketing, Lot Sales, Hotel Operations, Private Island Operations (with utilities).
Owner: Caicos Holdings Ltd and a private family from Singapore since 1997.
Investment: Approx. US$50M in 1997–2001.

Jingrun Park – China
Milo collaborated for Azotels / MAHA Group founded by Adrian Zecha and Jonathan Breene on this high-end residential and hospitality development in Beijing.

Milo Group’s team were the founders of Blue Heron Aviation (Atlantic Aviation branded today) at the airport of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The project scope included all Capital raise, pre-development works and plans, project management, government negotiations, and FBO operations.
Currently, Milo Group are working with Jet Nassau in conceptualizing and development management of a new FBO in Nassau, The Bahamas.
Svart, by Svartisen Glacier – Lofoten Islands, Norway
Milo Group team collaborated with owners and architects Snøhetta on the full design for this pioneering energy-positive resort at the foot of the Svartisen Glacier.
Ørsnesvika Project – Svolvær, Norway
Project designed and Milo Group team collaborated with owners and architects Lund Hagem on a coastal resort and residential masterplan.
